This is a poem I wrote thinking of someone once special to me,, I am blessed with this day of beauty,, the beauty of breath, the gift for which we forget to thank the Univeral Spirit for.. :) .

"Lay Upon My Heart"

Listen to the weeping willows, as they bend their bows,

when the hands of time will stop, no one really knows.

Light the candles late at night, and lay upon my heart.

I am with you in all you do, for,, never shall I depart.

Hold my hand and follow me, I'll take you through the pain,

Smile light essence, i'll hold you close, it's GOD that we shall gain.

Candles lit as you pray, now travel with me free,

meet me in the midnight skies, it's GOD, it's you and me.

Never am I far away, your hair of silk I stroke at night,

feel my spirit next to you, till early morning light.

Fear not Angel, with faith we smile, our love and future bright.

i was on vacation when i got a call from the wild.it was a man with the words that would make me smile.and now that i've read them i'll keep them on file,forever and ever,like a blushing child!
