Use really small ribbon and just tie it in...it usually doesn't stay very long, but there's not really a clippy thing that will either...I have a poodle, I know how that goes.

need more info what kind of pet dog ,cat, ferrit usually you just pull there hair up on the top of their heads like a top knot put a small rubber band around it and then tie a piece of ribbon around the bow
