Get some ribbon- you can get tons at craft stores with cute prints like hello kitty wtc, and then fold it in a certain way until it looks like it would be the kind of bow you would wear in your hair. take the two ends and fold them to the middle but pull them down a bit so they make those little hang parts (lol). Use hot glue to keep the middle in place and go to a craft store and buy some of those little clips and glue your bow onto that.
taadaa!! you can also add little rhinestones and whatever else.
