Great selection and reasonable prices. Otherwise, Forever 21 or H%26amp;M is good too, but I'd really recommend Claire's.

You can get them at claire's, walmart, bealls, and target.

Especially TARGET.

well you can gaet the little kiddy clips at safeway for like 3 dollars, you can also get them at target. if you want bows, i would go to a little beauty store (i.e. sallys beauty supply) and get them for a dollar. or you can get them at hottopic. they always have them. And make sure that they have good grip; i've bought some that just slide right out of my hair.

What I like doing is making the bows myself. Go to an art store or wherever they sell ribbons and buy whichever colour/pattern suits you. Then cut the right amount of what you need and string it behind your neck and up to your head. Tie a bow to either side of your head... and voila. It'll be creative and cute.
