The hair on my bow touches the wooden part of the bow when the string is pulled tight, but not all the way. Is that normal?

Maybe your bow is not tightened enough because the hair shouldn't be touching the wood when your playing, unless your pushing hard on the string to get a louder sound. (But don't tighten so much that it makes the top of the bow goes straight lol)
