PLEASE TAKE YOUR VALUABlE TIME TO READ THIS It begins with some guy on a ship and he goes up to the bow looking out over the sea with the wind blowing in his hair. at another point in the movie he is in jail and has a pocket watch and takes out the glass and magnifies it againest someone holding a piece of paper and it catches on fire, and at one other part in the movie they are up in a hot air balloon and are droping these little bottles over the town that make a big explosion when they hit. DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHAT MOVIE THIS IS PLEASE HELP!!!
