Buy the fabric, then cut it 2 times the length that they show in the pic. Fold it nice and even so it's poofy, no fold lines, then sew it like that. The sew line will be the back. Then tie the brown fabric in the middle.

Find a piece of ribbon, cut it 2 times the length of how wide you want it. Turn it over backside facing up and make sure it's horizontal. Now fold in the left side half way to the middle, hold it or tape it, then fold the right side in towards the middle then take a small piece of ribbon and wrap it around the center holding both down and it will look like the pic. Glue gun on like a metal clip to the center for a hair bow.

I have a hair band that is a thin scrunchy and the top is a red and white polka dot bow. All you do is put your hair up with that and it will be cute. I got it from Victoria's Secret.
