I've always wanted to buy a hair bow, and I ask people where they get theirs and they say that they make them!!

Buy some ribbon, tie it like a shoelace, take some super glue and glue a clip to it if that is what you're looking for. Or tie a ribbon shoelace style around a hairband. Or you could take a headband and put some glue on it and then wrap a ribbon around it.

take some ribbon, put your hair in a secure ponytail, start under and bring the ribbon up

I've never heard of anyone who made them. I just by ribbon from walmart and tie it in a bow. =)

Just go to a fabric store and buy a little swatch of ribbon. You can tie it in your hair yourself and it makes a pretty bow. WalMart might sell lines of ribbon also.
