Vitamins and protein for hair?

what vitamins are good for your hair? beacause whatever it is, im lacking in it. everytime i take out my hair bow, a good amount of hair comes out. im not stressed or anything so...what could it be?

hi! it's normal to lose some hair throughout the day. if you have your hair in a pony tail alot, this can be causing stress on your hair, making it weak and break off. this happened to me too, and what you can take to help your hair be healthier, is a prenatal vitamin. even though you are not pregnant (i'm assuming) a prenatal vitamin carries more than your body needs for a full day, and it strengthens your hair and nails. you can also take seperate vitamins.



Vitamins A, C, E; Biotin, Vitamins B3 , B5, B6, %26amp; B12

it could just be your daily loosings of hair.



you loose around 82 hairs everyday.



if you think it's much more than that, then you should go to a hair salon. they should know what's going on.

One thing is wash your hair every other day like in one week wash in 2 or 3 times dont over do the washing also remember to ALWAYS condition your hair and if needed repeat!!! always condition after sampooing!!!
