I like to wear hair bows but I have no idea how to create them. At the mall that I always go to they have a cart with them, but they are like really expensive. Any Idea on how to create them???

go to hot topic they have a bunch of them or you can go to Clare's they probably have them there. Hot Topic has all kinds you can get a box of at least 20 or 30 really cute plastic ones for $7.
