buy some ribbon. make a bow, then super glue it on to a clip( you can find them at craft stores).

Use ribbon. That's all I can suggest.

You get some ribbon that you like and tie it in a TIGHT bow, and put a little pva glue on to the ends to stop the ribbon fraying. Superglue it to a hair grip.
