Alright, HOW do you make a hair bow?

I have tried many things, and sites, but I'm not able to make the bow I want. the regular looking bow that you glue to a clippie that's about an inch wide and, all finished, about 2 and a half inches long.

Alright, HOW do you make a hair bow?

Vitamins and protein for hair?

what vitamins are good for your hair? beacause whatever it is, im lacking in it. everytime i take out my hair bow, a good amount of hair comes out. im not stressed or anything so...what could it be?

Vitamins and protein for hair?

hi! it's normal to lose some hair throughout the day. if you have your hair in a pony tail alot, this can be causing stress on your hair, making it weak and break off. this happened to me too, and what you can take to help your hair be healthier, is a prenatal vitamin. even though you are not pregnant (i'm assuming) a prenatal vitamin carries more than your body needs for a full day, and it strengthens your hair and nails. you can also take seperate vitamins.

Vitamins A, C, E; Biotin, Vitamins B3 , B5, B6, %26amp; B12

you can see some other info here: http://hairloss.about.com/od/preventingh...

hope this helped =]

Vitamins and protein for hair?

it could just be your daily loosings of hair.

you loose around 82 hairs everyday.

if you think it's much more than that, then you should go to a hair salon. they should know what's going on.

Vitamins and protein for hair?

One thing is wash your hair every other day like in one week wash in 2 or 3 times dont over do the washing also remember to ALWAYS condition your hair and if needed repeat!!! always condition after sampooing!!!

My hair is like super puffy and frizzy?

I'm African -American so my hair isn't like flat after its out of water and I'm also really self- conscious about it i always seem to where a hair bow i would like to find some hair styles that suit me heres a pic of it http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cf...

My hair is like super puffy and frizzy?

i have the same problem, my hair is less puffy, but i usually put a lot of essential oils in it and it seems to work, try coconut oil or castor oil, and don't use any shampoo's that dry your hair, anything with more oils in it.... if it doesn't work it probably might mean that your hair is just naturally going to be like that, but don't worry you can always straighten it =)

My hair is like super puffy and frizzy?

it says ur profile is set 2 private.... so i cant view ur pics

My hair is like super puffy and frizzy?

Well I cant see the photo, but if ur not happy with your hair then you could use tresemme hair products, or these hair product that I came accross on the internet. Heres the sites

My hair is like super puffy and frizzy?

I would talk to a stylist, they might able to reccomend a style and hair products that might be able to help you calm your hair.

My hair is like super puffy and frizzy?

go see a hair salon maybe they can help

My hair is like super puffy and frizzy?

i have very puffy/frizzy/curly hair as well,

what usually works to manage is straightening it, wether its with blowdryer and brush or flat iron, or if you want it curly, use tresemme styling products. for shampoo's i'd use Sunsilk, they have special shampoos for certain styles and theyre about $2.45 at Walmart.

Try braids or getting your hair straighten. You might like both of these hairstyles.

Baby Daughter Pulled Her Hair out?

What do I do? My 2 year old daughter pulled out her hair when she was pulling at her hair bow and then she took some velcro from her 'Boppy' and stuck it in her hair then pulled her hair out with it. She has three empty patches of hairless space over her head. It has very little hair there since last year when it happened. The rest of her hair is in great need of a trim-cut----due to damaged dead ends, I was told. What is a good idea to have her hair grow back-in--- even all over? Will it grow back even all over if she just gets a basic trim-cut or will we have to get her hair cut super short to where the lowest hair level is, in order to have it all grow back in healthy and even? I really need help with this. I want her beautiful, even, and cute look back. What is the best thing to do? Do you also know of a good cream rinse for black children that I can buy? I've never heard of a cream rinse for children and haven't been able to find any in the stores locally.

Baby Daughter Pulled Her Hair out?

I'd take her into a salon and have them cut her hair, keeping it the longest they can, while disguising the pulled spots...layering might work.

Something natural you can use to help her hair grow back in better and also heal any areas that she may have irritated by pulling...get some emu oil and gently rub it into her scalp each time she has a bath. Emu oil helps hair growth by helping heal the scalp and has many other healing benefits...it's a wonderful moisturizer too. I use emu oil for so many things %26amp; it's wonderful. I get mine at either Lure Beauty www.lurebeauty.com or Lumiere Mineral Cosmetics www.lumierecosmetics.com and both are very good quality and inexpensive.

Baby Daughter Pulled Her Hair out?

yeah it should, my friends daughter did the same thing and its grownin back

Baby Daughter Pulled Her Hair out?

i think you should just cut it all down to the shortest length on her head. You should deffinetly cut off the damaged ends, it really affects the whole strand of hair and thus stops it from growing in nicer/faster.

What are some cute easy hair styles?

You could the front layer of your hair up while the side bangs are down and put a bow in it and straighten it. Its a cute quick way to have extremely cute hair =]

What are some cute easy hair styles?

OK so the obvious answers are the fashionable puff on the top just bobby pin your hair up in the way where your bangs stand up and let the rest of your hair down or put it up in a pony tail. There are also tons of different variations of the Pony tail you could do.The half up half down pony tail and also the peacock bun aka messy bun. Also french braided pig tails are really fun and there is also a really cool thing called fish tailing that you can do to your hair its a kind of elaborate braid. and the Topsy tail which is like an inside out pony tail. All of these are really fun and are relatively easy.

Have fun and good luck

Violin Bow Hair Problems?

Just got a violin about four days ago. I've been practicing with it about an hour a day. The first time I got it, I may have over rosen'd the bow. Every time I put it away I loosen the hairsand when I take it out, I tighten till I could fit the thickness of a pencil eraser between wood and hairs (not that I actually do). I have accidentally touched the hairs probably three or four times. That's about all the activity with it but the hairs are falling out already and alot! After four days, just seems kind of ridiculous to me. Is it me or the bow and what should I do about it? The bow came with the violin.

Violin Bow Hair Problems?

Well, first of all, for a good tone, you may wish to make it more than an an eraser's width of space. I'd go with the width of your smallest finger; that usually is a good way to measure.

As for touching the hair, don't fret. That won't cause the hairs to come out unless you pull on them / press them. The reason you're not supposed to touch bow hair is just a tonal and performance issue -- there are natural oils on your fingers, and touching the hair transfers some oils. This can interfere with sound quality and bow performance overall.

I'd say that, at this point, your main issue is either the way in which you're playing, or the bow itself. If you're a beginner, I presume you're using a low quality instrument and bow -- many lower quality bows will work fine, but have issues with the bow hair.

Or, it could be how you play. As a beginner, there's no true need to press on the strings. Just use your hand as a guide, making sure to maintain proper bow hold techniques, without causing tension or stress on your hand.

Of course, you will definitely lose bow hairs every now and then. A cellist I played with a few weeks ago played so roughly that the hairs were literally flying off the bow as he played -- apparently he completely destroyed one during that performance.

As for what to do about it, my ultimate recommendation is to get a new bow. As a beginner, I doubt that you're so strenguous with playing that it could be the playing strength -- it's most likely the bow itself. Stop in at a local music store, and see what they have to offer. If you like, even take in your violin and bow, and have them look at the bow -- they may be able to pinpoint the error.

Good luck, and happy playing =)

Violin Bow Hair Problems?

It could be the bow. I play the violin as well and your bow may just need rehaired if it is a used violin and bow. Now if you are playing vigorously than that might be due to you. If it's used check out getting it rehaired and if it's new just take it easy on the pressure you apply while playing! Good luck by the way if you just started!

Violin Bow Hair Problems?

If it is not a good bow it will probably lose hair all the time. When your bow hair gets really thin or turns a yellowish color, you should rehair it.

I do not think touching the accidentally will do much to it. Since you practice one hour a day, maybe rosining it each day or every two days will give it the amount of rosin it needs.

You mentioned your bow stroke. I would suggest not to "crash land" onto the strings. By this I mean to drop it vertically onto the string when you are making a stroke. Instead, think of it as an airplane, sloping into the string. As you place your bow on the string, move your arm AWAY from you, to give it a nice landing.

Also, remember that it is CONSTANT WEIGHT, NOT a LOT of weight that gets you a strong sound.

Anyway, if any of this doesn't make sense, let me know and I'll try to clarify it!! :)
